I have the right to refuse or refund a commission.

When commissioning me, please be clear with what you want, give many details as you feel necessary, visual references and descriptions, so I can give you a work with the quality you deserve.

Communication can be via any of my social media, but if you want a faster reply, Facebook is the best option to go (@ Nate Parker).

You have the right to post the commission in any social media as long as you give me the proper credits.

As well, I reserve the right to submit the commission and / or commission progress to my social medias for use as an example of my work.

Commissions I haven’t started yet are available for full refunds.

All commissions are for personal purpose only, you can make whatever you want whit the piece, as long as you don’t claim it as yours or use it for commercial purpose.

If you order a lineart commission you have the right to color it and post it, always whit the proper credits.

Any use of my artwork in blockchain-related technology, including nft's, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in that space is straightly forbidden and it will result in a copyright report from my part.

I won’t start working on a commission until I receive the full payment, for orders up $100 I might take partial payments.

After the sketch approval there’s no option for full refunds, depending on the situation I may give a partial refund.

Payments are made via PayPal in USD (International) Oxxo and bank transfer in MXN (For Mexico only), I don’t take DeviantArt points anymore.

Don’t send any payment if I haven’t agreed to the commission yet.

TAT depends on the complexity of each piece and my personal time, I am currently studying and during my semesters I try to prioritize school over money.

All the commissions dates I take during my semester will take long to finish, you can always check my trello for updates on your commission, I also post updates if my school situation might interfere with the commissions.

I won't offer my work to someone who ask for a certain due date if I know I wouldn't be able to get it done by that time.

Please keep in mind that I do not work 24/7, so if you see me being active on my social media accounts, it doesn't mean I have forgotten about your commission. I am a human being and need to take breaks and time to myself, so that I can put 100% into your commissioned work.

After the sketch is done, I’ll send it over for revision, during this time of the process all changes are free, unless want me to re-do the whole sketch again, in that case I’ll charge +$5.

If your character has a lot of little details and patterns, I’ll send extra updates asking if there´s no errors while coloring since I tend to miss a few things when there’s a lot involved. For simpler characters I don’t tend to do this, but you can always ask to see how the coloring process goes.

I don’t tend to send updates on the lineart process, but if you want to see it or even ask for a specific type of lineart feel free to ask.

I will only be communicating important updates on the progress or any doubts I could have.

As well, during the sketch the number of revisions has no limits, I’ll move on to the lineart after you're happy with the sketch.

If I don’t get a confirmation on the sketch after 3 days, I’ll move on to the next commission I have in queue, and you’ll be moved below the person before you if the other customer has already approved the sketch and you still don’t reply. I won’t cancel the commission; I’ll just wait for your reply.

Once finished the drawing I'll send it over for a final revision, if it gets approved I'll send it over to you via email.

Always treat my clients with the respect they deserve during communication.

I will never be angry if the client reasonably ask for an update on the work.

Deliver to the customer the product for which they're paying and always respecting my customers requests.
