By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
General

Payments
Full payments upfront, I will start working after receiving the payment.
Only orders up $100 are up for partial payments.
Communication
Communication can be via Discord, Facebook Messenger or VGen DM, if you have preference for anyone in particular please state it.
Deadlines and delivery
Delivery times depends on the complexity of the piece.
I am currently studying, so all commission I take during the semester will take longer to finish, during this time I update my trello constantly to keep everyone aware of my schedules.
I won't offer my work to someone who ask for a certain due date if I know I won't be able to get it done in time.
Revisions
After the sketch is done, I'll send it over for revision, after approval, the only other revision will be after the commission is finished to make sure I didn't forgot any details.
Any final corrections is for small details only.
If your character has a lot of little details and patterns, I’ll send extra updates asking if there´s no errors while coloring since I tend to miss a few things when there’s a lot involved. For simpler characters I don’t tend to do this, but you can always ask for updates on the lineart or coloring process.
If I don’t get a confirmation on the sketch after 3 days, I’ll move on to the next commission I have in queue, and you’ll be moved below the person before.
Once the drawing is finished, I'll ask for your email so I can send all the full resolution files.
Use
Any use of my work on blockchain-related technology, including nft's, cryptocurrency, or AI is straightly forbidden.
The client has the right to post the commission in any social media for personal use, credits is not always necessary but is greatly appreciated.
As well, I reserve the right to submit the commission and / or commission progress to my social media to use as an example of my work.

Always treat my clients with the respect they deserve during communication.
Never get angry if the client reasonably ask for an update on the work.
Making sure the client is happy with the final results.
Deliver to the customer the product for which they're paying and always respecting my customers requests.
